Hazelwood Enterprises, Inc. began in the Spring of 1999 as a step of faith. After graduating from Purdue University and several years of working for Caterpillar, Inc., it was time to leave Lafayette, IN. We opted to trade in job security for opportunity.
We hoped to set the world on fire and believed we'd have several trucks in a short period of time. But, we didn't find any wisdom or peace about adding trucks until January of 2002. We added 2 more quads to the business.
In April of 2003 we sought a way to include our son from college into the business. The first step was to add a rubber track skid steer for a complimentary branch to the family business. We have since added a mini excavator, snow removal, and many forms of construction to our variable, but proficient functions. We have attained operating authority to operate trucks outside the state of Indiana. Through trucking, excavation, and construction, we hope to become your preferred "One Stop Shop" type of operation.
Once you've developed a profitable trusting relationship with us, you'll easily
understand there simply is no good reason to go elsewhere!
